This one looks a bit scruffy from the outside but inside is remodelled and has more space than would seem possible from outside. The main thing here are the 230 orange trees in full production that lie on the almost 9000m2 plot. There are also other areas planted with other fruit tress, a pool, terraces and everything is fed by a drip watering system. The house has electric and water from the mains and is three bedrooms in the 115m2 total. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, storeroom, paellero and chicken shed too. The house comes fully furnished as is including, if you are really keen, dogs!
