About eight years of experience in the field of Telecommunication Engineering, with six years Supervisor in Wireless Network as Telecom implementation (BSS/Transmission), maintenance, and RF optimization troubleshooting Currently I am working as a Head of Section of In-Building Solutions telecom implementation in INTELTEC Emirates company, Nokia-Siemens Partner in providing expertise in (In-Building Active and Passive Solutions) in Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain for UAE’s new telecom operator, Du-EITC (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company).The roles include conducting survey, designing, planning, testing and implementation the in-building passive and active solutions, depending on the customer and operators requirements in ensuring excellent coverage and quality with cost effective solution. Prior to this, working as, Senior BSS/Transmission Head Of Department responsible on the north of Baghdad up to the north of Iraq, Transmission Team leader , Manage project contracts, Change Orders and other contractual documents, BSS Team leader of teams in many cities in Iraq (Baghdad, Musaiab, Karbalaa, Najaf, Hilla, Diwania, Semawa, Diala, Balad, Ramady, Faluja, and Basrah), In general my work in these cities included installation, operation, work order execution, commissioning and maintenance for BSS/Transmission of (Motrola, NEC, ALCATEL , and VSAT links) equipments. RF Design, Optimization troubleshooting, in designing, implementation in IRAQNA (now is named ZAIN) 2G networks, IRAQ No.1 Mobile Operator for eastern region rollout plan which include managing and coordinating the EDGE, outdoor nationwide coverage. Previous work as a head of technical committee that is responsible to study and chose the best contract qualifications (perfect features, flexibilities, low cost) from the multiple biggest companies such us (NEC, ZTE, ALCATEL, HUAWEI..etc), Assist in tender preparations, tender evaluations and contract negotiations. studying a huge No. of those contracts with my technical committee in order to get the best one by depend on the, contract technical plan comparing with our strategy project that cover all the Iraqi cities with biggest Back bone SDH microwave project, supervisor of teams those are working in Microwaves, wireless, and Fiber optic Back Bones as Wireless Network Solution/Senior Transmission Engineer, in designing and incorporating the fiber optic network facilities in I.T.P.C (Iraq Telecommunications and Post Company).
