I have a cool and absolutely new, extremely clean, villa flat that’s been newly renovated, and am looking for roommates who would be outgoing, original, cooperative and easy- going. The place has two floors with 4 rooms in each, with huge windows, balcony, new air conditioners, double bed, desk, stand lamp, and wardrobe. We also have a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchen with cooking facilities as well as two nice big bathrooms (including good- sized bath). Washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, washed- up machine, perfect speaker, the high speed wireless network in Taiwan… . If you like sport and green spaces, the apartment is just beside the Da- an Forest Park (30 seconds) and walking past the park you arrive at the NTNU (Shi- da) area in around 10 minutes, the NTU area in around 5 minutes, Chinese Culture University in 10 seconds, and Technology Building MRT station in 5 minutes.
