This is the third of three family rooms in the this home. Roughed-in wiring for surround sound system (wires hanging ready for the speaker installation in far right corner, as well as all other corners). The home has a walk-out basement, just behind the photographers vantage point is a door to ANOTHER deck at grass level. Pause the movie, step out the door and talk the dogs for a walk in the field. Don't forget a lunch!
