Great quick snack as well as an additive to a main meal. Take your hard boiled eggs out of the boiling water then cool them enough to peel them all. Now cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks, the yellow part. Mix with curry powder to taste, butter or margarine or sour cream or actually anything that will make the yolks stick together and you like it. Salt and pepper to taste and now either spoon or pipe into the hollow egg white casings. A sprinkle of paprika lightly at the finish for effect. Bonn appetite.
