I'm homesick, it's nearly Christmas, I miss the rampant consumerism, the big tree in George Square, the decorations, the crowds, Sauchiehall Street, the pubs, the craic, the steamers, the neds, the constant freezing cold and rain, the Clockwork Orange, even the hatchet-faced auld sow at St Enoch's Underground ticket office. Missing Hogmanay too, I think I'll have to go and hibernate till January 5th at least:'(
