Hotel resort is located in the picturesque South Bohemian village on the route Ceske Budejovice, 10 km from Cesky Krumlov - UNESCO (very popular tourist site), 30 km from Austrian border and close to Lipno dam. Originally it was a part of Schwarzenberg estate. There is a possibility to widely expand as there is plenty of unused stone buildings (arched ceiling stables). Presently are being build up new eleven rooms in the new farm building. Basement part could be used for a winery. Hotel has 15 furnished rooms with private facilities (40 beds, plus a two bedroom apartment. Restaurant has 70 seats. Available is also a Conference/training¬¬ room. Open - Closed parking.
