We are offering here six different apartments for sale (or for rent) of different sizes (53, 24, 39.9, 62, 3, 41 m2). More details about the size-furnishings, and price will be mailed be your request. The location of this residency is in the interesting tourist region of the Czech Republic – 20 km from romantic UNESCO town Cesky Krumlov. Around is a beautiful countryside with castles, abbeys, ruins, historic towns, skiing areal, river Vltava/Moldau and Lipno Lake - this is just a brief list of what is offered in the neighborhood. Apartments are arranged in new and modern style, with a panoramic view of the Lipno Lake and the Sumava mountains. There are fully equipped apartments for 2-5 people. All apartments are non-smoking, furnished with LCD TV and DVD. Furnishings correspond to the standard of four stars. At the residency is available Wi-Fi Internet, camera guarded parking space, sauna, Reebok studio (table tennis, boxing, ski simulator, trampolines), Pooh playroom with toys, books, slide, football table. In the residency restaurant is possible to order half board with a rich buffet breakfast and dinners with two main courses. Within a walking distance (max 800m) is possible to enjoy sports like down hill skiing, cross country skiing, biking, tennis, bowling, squash, bobsleigh, swimming pool, etc. Sport's equipment storage room and is available at the residency for free.
