Manpower personnel are valuable resources in the company. Doing the hiring, payroll processing, benefit handling, imposing discipline is not easy task. Outsourcing manpower is the most practical not only in terms of bottlomline and cash flow benefit but also safety in labor related conflicts. We provide outsourcing “fixed cost free” services to our clients. Our clients can ask for our member-workers’ services only when needed. We are responsible in screening and hiring, payroll processing, benefits administration and implementing disciplinary actions. Due to our expertise in complying with the required due process, the cooperative did not encounter labor conflicts and we have no pending labor case. The clients are safe in labor problems. It is the cooperative who will take charge of everything. There is already settled rule that “the cooperative is the employer” of the member-workers”. Among others, our members are deployed as factory workers, service crew and bartenders, cooks, sales people, ads and promotion personnel, mechanics, welders, janitors, messengers, cashiers, clerks, accountants and engineers.
