Colorado Horse Ranch Homestead  

This is a 100-year-old homestead being restored. The original stone walls and a lot of the post and beam construction have held up well but the roof and a lot of the interior walls needed to be replaced. So while new plumbing and electrical are going in, the crew is trying to maintain that "old world" feel. Some of the outbuildings have survived intact although the corrals need a bit of work. Nice pond on the property with seasonal stream flows (water rights!) and even the traces of an old gold mine. This 41+ acre property is right at the gate of Yellowstone Creek Ranch and offers excellent pasture for your horses.
