This is one of the Middim Khola Resort Villages five fish ponds that generate all together 800 to 1000 kg fresh fish for the Resorts Trekkers-Restaurant and Lodge.

We breed Tilapia, Chinese Grass Carp and Thai Catfish here. While Tilapia breeds automatically in high numbers and produces thousands of fry and fingerling annually, the Grass carp fingerling and catfish fingerling can be purchased very cheap from the nearby Government Breeding Center at Begnas lake.
