Mission: Write a description for a high end Guadiana home that doesn´t use predictable words like "classic" or "elegant", nor stock phrases such as "convenient location in exclusive neighborhood" or "all amenities included." Also prohibited are boring lists of materials (such as cantera, brass, and hand-crafted tile) and features (e.g., bovedas, light wells, garage) as well as pretentious adjectives like "fine detailing", "quality craftsmanship" or "light filled." Hmmm…that leaves 3 bedroom suites with fireplace, 3.5 baths with sunken tubs, planters, and extensive built-ins, courtyard with garden and 2 living areas, priced at $695, 000. Mission accomplished
