How do you feed your family a healthy diet when you can't cook?

I had a corporate job that I loved, and plenty of frequent flyer miles. I was following a long line of career women in my family who made reservations for dinner. But then I met Mr. Wonderful, and had three children in less than 4 years.

Panicked that my kids would starve, I embarked on a passionate journey into researching nurtirional facts, childhood obesity, and healthy eating. I launched healthy-diet-mom.com to chronicle my humorous attempts at feeding my family a healthy diet. Some days are better than others.
