The complex is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius. The complex of Flic en Flac has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, discotheques, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more. Without forgetting, that the beach is one of the most beautiful of our island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset This modern complex has 45 apartments with a magnificent swimming pool in the centre, a tennis court and a mini gym. Each unit has 2 or 3 bedrooms with a spacious sitting / dining room and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Approx. surface area - Aprts: 1100-1500 ft2 Partly air conditioned, either in two bedrooms or one bedroom and the lounge area All other rooms have fans. Fully furnished Fully equipped kitchens including microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils The rates include one hour housekeeping service from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays. Distance to the beach: 400m Parking spaces available Two bedroom apartments can accommodate only 4 persons Three bedroom apartments can accommodate not more than 6 persons • Compulsory deposit upon arrival: 125 Euros (refundable after inventory upon departure) • Continental Breakfast optional: 07 Euros per person/per service (served in the apartment)
