The complex is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius.

The complex of Flic en Flac has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, discotheques, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more.

Without forgetting, that the beach is one of the most beautiful of our island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset

A wonderful complex with 36 entirely furnished apartments of 2 to 3 bedrooms with a beautifully planted garden. Each apartment has a fully equipped American kitchen, sitting / dinning room and balcony offering view on the swimming pool. This complex is separated in two blocks and each block has its own swimming pool.

Approx surface area: (2 beds - 1100 ft2, 3 beds - 1300 ft2and 3 xl beds 1700 ft 2)

Partly air conditioned, either in two bedrooms or one bedroom and the lounge area

All other rooms have fans.

The rates include one hour housekeeping service from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays.

Two bedroom apartments can accommodate only 4 persons

Three bedroom apartments can accommodate not more than 6 persons

• Compulsory deposit upon arrival: 125 Euros (refundable after inventory upon departure)

• Continental Breakfast optional: 07 Euros per person/per service (served in the apartment)
