This is me on a boat in Hawaii while attending my grandmother's funeral. My Grandma was an artist herself and she inspired me in many ways on my own artistic journey. Bobbing up and down on the ocean crests and staring out into the sunset, I looked back remembering my Grandma, but at the same time I looked to the journey forward in my artistic life.
