For the first 3 months that I started with the company I’ve been working in an outbound account which is Nissan North America, as an agent we are the one who is calling the Nissan customer’s to have and set for a maintenance and to have an appointment that deals with their truck or vehicles.

And since the company is starting to grow I am one of those people who received a promotional and I am transferred to inbound account which is Toucan it is a part of the telecommunication company which is Tiscali. In this account, I am working as a customer service agent I am receiving calls and assisting customer’s or client with their billing breakdowns, minor internet connections, new account, and even payments. Being in the call center industry is such a nice job.
