Recently refurbished. Perhaps the most fashionable and comfortable apartment in the middle of "Ciutat Vella”, the heart of Barcelona. Located in Joaquim Costa Street. “Ciutat Vella” and “El Born” are two of the most interesting districts, famous for its small streets surrounded by many cool and modern cafes, restaurants and young designer shops. You will discover and enjoy the urban landscape of the city and discover the true essence of this city. This spacious, bright and quiet 85 square meter apartment. Have a large kitchen with all amenities, living room whih a external gallery whit a balcony, bathroom, 2 double big bedroom whit a great balcony on the street. Situated on the firt floor of a mid-19 th century building (no lift) in a trendy neighbourhood full of colourful shops, from art galleries to minimarkets… Plenty of restaurants too, for sampling anything from typical Spanish via local Catalan food and from the latest fusion to ethnic cuisine. Living room has plenty of natural light and consists of a table and chair for 8 people, it is equipped with fashionable pictures and mix of ancient glazed cupboard, where it is glasses and plates. The kitchen is all new is equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, manual coffee maker (for lovers of trong coffee), including complete set of kitchen and table utensils.
