Hi

My intention is to rent my house and land to some one for a long term agreement as I go abroad permanently.

So if you arrange any deal please make sure they are willing to enter a long term agreement munimum two years. I would also welcome people who want to start a commercial activity in Bentota. (Eg. Spice Graden, Beer Garden or a tourist hotel)

Sqr Feet of the house - 2000

Land - 2.5 Acres

Distance to Bentota Beach (Galle Road) - 2 KM

Distance to Bentota River - 200m

Very quiet area

Rental amount - USD 350 per month

Refundable Bond - 12 months rent in advance

If the client needs to do any alterations or renovations to the house, I will do it before hand it over.
