The «Mthari complex centre» has been designed by the best specialized engineers, inspired by modern and developed concept of architecture to present the latest services to investors. The project is taking place in the most Amman’s vital streets; it is in the middle of Mecca Street, on a land of 5907m² and an overall building space of 37200m². The complex is composed of seven floors and three cellars. The ground floor has 26 commercial entries on the main street. The floor is divided into 11 commercial exhibitions; each is served with a store roof floor. The area of the exhibition ranges from 420m² to 900m², and each has its own services according to it’s area. The tiles used for the floor, the kitchen’s walls and the toilets are high quality Italian tiles, the kitchen is Atlas Concord brand, the toilets are Gardenia brand, the exhibitions’ flooring are Bluetile brand with Italian toilet sets. The exhibitions are fed with high specifications electrical grid inside the exhibitions’ walls, and a landline system has been established, and a German water system has been extended which is supplied with Italian gaskets and seals. Each exhibition has its own reservoir and counter. An electric water heater has been established, and a central air conditioner has been installed with 5 tons units.
