This is a three storey property situated in the town centre of Cianciana, and is constructed using blocks of Sicilian tufo rock, each floor covers an area of approx 40 sq meters for a total of 120 sq meters for the whole property.
At the present time the ground floor which opens out to via Salita Regina Elena is used as a deposit (as a single room), and is unfurbished, and therefore requires restructuring. The first floor on via Antinori (corrisponding to the first floor on Salita Regina Elena), and also the remaining second floor are used as living areas, but require refurbishing. The property is composed of three rooms plus a bathroom. Lastly, it is important to note that the building is situated in the town centre, in one of the main streets.
