The villa which is situated in the town centre of Cianciana in Via Carducci. It is an historical villa dating back to the end of the nineteenth century, build in the characterstic style of the area. In fact the type of building style utilised is blocks of Sicilian tufo rock (outer walls and ceilings) with arches and gothic style arches.The external facade has been finished with a covering of malta to hide the blocks of tufo rock. The main characteristicof the building, as well it being detached and with its own garden – which is rare for this area, is the presence of a central atrium and entrance area with a double staircase at a height of 10 meters. The staircase has two entrances which lead to the same floor. The property covers an area of circa 575 sq meters over two floors, in fact each floor covers an area of circa 300 sq meters. Also there are two terrazzas, one of which is on the third floor and covers an area of 255 sq meters and one on the fourth floor which covers and area of 35 sq meters. The property has a large garden covering an area of circa 645 sq meters, and is surrounded bu walls which garantee the privacy of the residents. Also included in the price of the property there is an old building in a state of disuse, but as it is only 7 meters away from the property it can be used as a garage, after it has been reinstructed, and it covers an area of circa 37 sq meters.
