Mark Willers is a decendant of the Ngiyaampaa tribe of the wangaapuwan clan from the Cobar area of central western NSW.

This painting is a view of the Ngiyaampaa Claypan area in Drought as seen through Mark's totem the Eagle Hawk's eyes.

Mark is one of the artists at the House of Koorang
