The Andalusian style originated in the Iberian Peninsula when the Moors integrated their culture and architecture with the panish. Characterized by the blending of the simple forms found in simple Spanish vernacular and in Moorish traditions of highly ornamental fenestration and facades, it utilizes courtyards and verandahs to maximise thermal delight.
