Grounds of listed oceanfront property are getting new landscaping very soon with after the Executive Committee voted to spend CI$14, 000.00 on giving the grounds some curb appeal. A new property sign has been installed as well as new directional signs on property. Property has a great oceanfront boardwalk that allows both visitors and residents great panoramic views of virgin shoreline of Grand Cayman. It is one of the few properties on the island to boast 5 beautiful swimming pools. It has been tradiitonally very popular with both residents and renters.
