Alvez is a 20 hectare absolutely stunning beachfront property. The entire bay you see on the pic is a private bay belonging to the property. The land has a small Portuguese style building. It was built by the legend Senor Alvez who also built the Paradise Hotel on Ilha de Santa Carolina and the Donna Anna Hotel in Vilanculos. This property has views of Bazaruto, Santa Carolina (AKA Paradise Island) and of Benguerra Islands. There is plenty of water and the land is suitable for many development projects including a private Lodge or Hotel. The property is available for US$550, 000.00

I'd like to see more. Where exactly is Alvez's property. Presumably the "building" is awful, as you don't show it?
