New family house

The family house with one housing unit has been built in KAŠTELIR i.e. in the very centre of Kaštelir, on the south side of a mild hillock which protects from the blow of bora, and also insures a superior insolation. Only approximately 50 m from the object it is situated the central square with the impressive church, coffee bars, a bank, bus station etc. which presents a typical Istrian place for enjoying the neighbors' and friends' company. By the construction of the building object with one housing unit it has been only used the materials of highest quality.
