This 1100 sq. ft. bungalow style home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room combination, eat-in kitchen and a beautiful view of the golf course.

The huge master bedroom has a private bath, a large walk in closet and walkout to the enclosed Lanai overlooking the golf course.

Our home has been recently remodeled, with all new carpeting, tile and paint. It has a flowing design, which is open from the front door to the rear of the lanai. This maximizes the light distribution and produces wonderful breezes. It is clean and bright and comes completely furnished with everything you will need and then some including microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, linens, cookware, small appliances. Just bring your suitcase. As a added feature, there is a laundry area and garage, a very handy feature in Florida!

You can enjoy the views and Florida breezes from the spacious and enclosed Lanai, a perfect spot to enjoy sheltered outdoor dining or a quiet morning coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice from your own tree.

The light and cheery eat-kitchen is fully equipped, and has a sliding door opening onto the Lanai. The guest bedroom and separate tiled bath are both spacious and bright.

This is a great place to live and play, lots of activities for young and old, nice neighbours, friendly golfers, loads of Canadians. This is our seasonal home and shows pride of ownership.

Sun 'n Lake Golf & Country Club in Sebring, Florida is home to a 36 hole championship golf course which was voted #1 in the County in 2007, a great hospital, tennis courts, biking, nature trails, practice greens, boating and fishing on nearby lakes and the famous Sebring 12 Hour Endurance Car Race. The community centre has many scheduled activities, dance floor, meeting and card rooms and library.

You have easy access to Florida’s best attractions without the hustle, traffic and high price of these tourist areas. Orlando, most major cities, airports and both Florida coasts are only 90 minutes away
