This condo was launched last November 26, 2006. This is ideal for investors whose interest is in the rental business since this is located in the heart of the university belt and just across the University of Santo Tomas.

The student population in Manila alone is estimated to 2 million in different universities sorrounding the city of Manila. There will be a lot of students looking for rooms for board and lodging since this is one of the safest and cleanest available rooms in Manila.
