Vicente St. in Mandaluyong City, only three blocks from EDSA and a few minutes away from the premier shopping and business districts of Makati, Rockwell, The Fort, Ortigas and Greenhills. POLICIES & RENTAL RATES: Short term lease (below 6 months): Daily : Php2, 500/night (if less day 7 days stay) Weekly: Php2, 000/night Terms: 1. Check In: 2 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon 2. Inclusive of utilities except electricity 3. One time set-up of linens and towels. 4. For monthly rental, extra set of linens and towels will be provided. 5. We require advance payment for the duration of stay. 6. In case of cancellation, the following terms will apply: a. Daily: Payments will be forfeited b. Weekly & Monthly: 50% of the total payment paid For long term lease (min. 6 months): Php35, 000 Terms: 1. Exclusive of Utilities (PLDT, LPG, Electric bills, Skycable & Water) 2. We will only provide 2 sets of covers for bed, pillow and blankets 3. We require 2 months deposit and 2 months advance 4. Monthly rentals are covered with PDCs Advance payment: One day rent for daily and 50% of the total rent charges for weekly and monthly stay.
