There are also 2 or 3 small, quiet parks nearby, and the largest forest park in Taipei city is just a 5-minute walk away. People in Taipei city often exercise or take a rest after a busy day there. The apartment is fully furnished, including a TV, washing machine, fridge, air-conditioner, double-bed, desk, wardrobe, stove, oven, microwave, tableware, and high-speed wireless internet. The apartment has access to a huge rooftop, where you can BBQ or hang out with your friends.. The tenant is expected be courteous, easy-going and cooperative. It is most ideal for a student studying at Taida (NTU), Shida (NTNU), Taipei Language Institute(TLI), Zhengda(NCCU), or Chinese Cultural University (CCU).
