Ms. Anne I'm from Greensborough Subd. Inside this subdivision and i know every inch in this place. The rate of rentals here are cheap starting from 2,500.00 in pesos to 4,000.00 pesos. $56 to $89. with the exchange rate of 45pesos. This contact person a is trying to sell out- over pricing. That is to much. Don't negotiate with that kind of person he's a scam.
I'm just a concern citizen...
