The ground floor has a large, fully eqquiped kitchen integrated with the dinning room, a cozy TV room and a very large living room with a spacious veranda of about 30 sq.m., with fantastic view of the beach and the house yard. Storage and stairs leading to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, with breathless view to the sea. In the front backyard there is an open, covered garage for at least three cars. The house is equipped with solar energy for heating water. The price is a bargain, as it includes the service of a maid that cooks and provides the housekeeping. The place is located close to several important remnants of the Atlantic rainforest, including conservation unities.
