Seven acres next to Ojinaga in Chihuahuan Desert  

This is an unusual piece of property that is a little over 7 acres. It is about 10 miles away from the port of entry into Ojinaga, Mexico. It has 237.9 feet of paved road frontage on FM170. What makes it unusual is that there is a small historic cemetery which occupies a small area on one of the sides of the property. There is also a Texas centennial historic marker on the property by the road.

The cemetery is grandfathered as it is well over 50 years old. It is also out of the city limits. If the property is later sold it will remain a cemetery.
